Enclosed electric toilet in console, with full fiberglass liner, sink, shower,

Construction Features and Advantages

Research & Development:
Computer Aided Design (CAD) is used to ensure and determine an accurate evaluation of strength and true seaworthiness of all Al Dhaen boats. Propriety research and development, tooling and manufacturing allows Al Dhaen to provide fresh innovative designs as well as accurate, straight and properly performing boats.

Premium Grade Gelcoat & Resins:
Only the finest grade NPG Isopthalic gelcoat is used which means your boat will retain its high gloss for years, providing maintenance & trouble free service. Also, only high performance marine laminating vinyl ester resin are used, which provide greater impact resistance and unsurpassed blister protection.

Hand Lay Up Construction:
Consistency and uniformity in lamination, results in optimum glass to resin ratio, providing more strength and better performance, after all strength of fiberglass is in the material not in the excess resin.

Anodized Aluminium Fuel Tanks:
All welded anodized aluminium tanks are structually supported by and secured to the stringer system. These tanks are pressure tested before, during and after installation to ensure years of trouble free service.

Premium Marine Upholstery

Available in a broad range of colour choices, these smooth texture premium marine upholstery is an important part of the boat Al Dhaen build. Handcrafted with an artisan's eye for meticulous quality, these all weather upholstery are carefully sewn and detailed with tailored precision. The superior grade marine vinyls are reinforced with polyethylene board for added durability. Specially contoured foam is strategically placed for optimum support and comfort.
